Join us for an exclusive collaboration tour June 20-27, 2026. Pinch Me Provence, Lori Howard has designed a culinary and wine themed 7 day-tour in the perfect season of the lavender bloom! Our home for the week is in the quaint village of Saint Didier close to the Luberon and Mont Ventoux mountains and not far from Avignon and Chateauneuf du Pape. Our10-12 guests will be stay in a private villa surrounded by amazing gardens and steps from the village and a chateaux.

Guests will enjoy 3 very special culinary experiences by Chefs Cyrus and Pervin Todiwala: renowned husband and wife chef duo celebrated for their significant influence on British-Indian cuisine as well as their acclaimed restaurant, Café Spice Namaste in London. Chefs will prepare these incredible “Prov-Indian” fusion dining experiences during the tour: one hosted at our villa, an exclusive dinner at a Renaissance home of a winemaker and a market tour, demonstration and lunch at a modern winery. 

Our wine expert is Brinda Bourhis of Winevox: A Bordeaux-based company specializing in the French wine industry. Services include professional training and ambassador programs for wines all over France. She will be offering a wine tasting/appreciation session and will be our tour wine expert for the week.

• Suggest early arrival (Pre-Tour): Arrive in France a day or two early to beat jet lag. Try Avignon or Aix en Provence to enjoy a city experience during your first few days in Europe…then come to the villa a bit more rested and ready to begin touring next day with our small group. (Early arrival/Pre-Tour not included in the trip fee but highly advised. PMP can help you plan a few wonderful first days!)

Lavender & Rosé tour July 4-11 (applications being accepted)

Imagine a week in Provence in the perfect season! Our villa is on a lavender farm— we will be surrounded by lavender fields in bloom and have our own private lavender experiences - harvesting & crafting. This first week of July is the heart of lavender season right before they begin cutting! And of course….there will be rosé ALL day! Bienvenue en Provence in summer.

Join a group of 6-7 guests to experience 7nights/6 days of touring in an air-conditioned chauffeured van. We will stroll 16th century villages, tour local wineries, shop the open-air markets, enjoy picnic and café lunches and even a take trip to the Mediterranean Sea. We will (of course) pick lavender and see how essential oils are made, take pictures in fields of sunflowers, experience art, do organic local, wine and olive oil tastings, visit Provencal markets and strol art galleries and boutiques! Bien sur, we will dine on the farm-fresh Provencal cuisine. I will share the history of the area and offer lots of local insights on living in France. Each evening, enjoy a glass of local rosé poolside while watching the sunset. Yes, we have a few nights out at magical restaurants (perhaps an evening a private chef or on a rooftop!) This is an insider’s tour to see all my favorite places - many that are less traveled, but also will include many of the famous sites you’ve been dreaming to visit.

Touring in an airconditioned chauffered van

• Each day is regionally focused to keep touring time reasonable. Site seeing and relaxation and endless Pinch Me Provence moments.

• Private pay options could include: cooking class during our week or yoga classes around the pool, massages, watercolour class en plein air, kayaking, hiking, horseback riding, renting bikes. Depending on the group some such experiences may be included or some may require a supplement. I customize our day plans based on our group!

• Suggest early arrival/Pretour: Arrive in France a day early to beat jet lag. Try Avignon or Aix en Provence to enjoy a city experience on pre-tour days…then come to the villa a bit more rested and ready to begin touring next day with our small group. (Early arrival/pre-tour not included in Tour fee, but highly advised. No charge to help you plan these days.)
