Local knowledge - tour experience - guided days

I assist retreat organizers to plan a magical tour. If you wish, I can add guided day-experiences full of Provence history, culture, food/wine tours, tastings…. all the parts of the trip that add local flavor to your theme. If you have your trip all planned, but need a local day-guide for one or a few of the days during your retreat, please contact me to lend that local expertise to your well crafted days. We can do Provence markets, meet my friends who are local artisans, visit women-owned and multi-generation workshops, and shop for Provence specialties (even antiques). We will dine at my local favorites— garden terrasses, rooftop view restaurants or vineyard picnics. I can offer private olive mill tours/tasting — or an architecture tour at a winery with 1000 years of history. There are so many specialty museums that add a unique touch so that your retreat is not just a page in a tour book…but rather your guests will leave knowing they did something that many other ‘tourists’ never see or experience. That is the PINCH ME PROVENCE way ot touring. Before you arrive, I scout out the best sunflower or poppy field — the lavender rows that have the best views —what time to go to villages or markets without throngs of tourists, etc. I show you my hidden abbeys and off-the-beaten path sites.
